Web Accessibility Complaint Form

Queens High School for the Sciences at York College and or another group chosen by the school district will investigate the complaint or problem. The investigation will follow these steps:

  • The investigation will be completed quickly.
  • The investigator will write a report of the results of the investigation.
  • The investigator will contact you at the end of the investigation to discuss those results. The investigator will also discuss all the ways in which the problems will be fixed.
